Welcome to AMEERA Education! By using our website and enrolling in our programmes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Courses and Services

We provide MUET preparation services including:

MUET Premier Programme (Group & 1-On-1) : Personalised exam preparation via Google Meet with physical book.
ELITE Membership Programme: Self-paced e-learning for 3 months with physical books.

All courses follow the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) format, as outlined by MPM (Malaysian Examinations Council).

3. Registration & Payment

All payments must be made via the official channels listed on the website.
Once payment is made, you’ll receive confirmation and course access details within 24–48 hours.
Prices are inclusive of physical book and standard postage (Malaysia only).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT guaranteed unless due to system error, double charge, or failure to deliver the product/service.
No refunds for change-of-mind after scheduling starts and course access has been granted or sessions attended.
ELITE Members & 1-On-1 Students opting out early will not receive a partial refund.

5. Rescheduling & Absences

Students may request rescheduling of 1-on-1 sessions with 24-hour notice.
Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and not replaceable.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, and modules are the property of AMEERA Education and are protected under copyright laws.
No part of our content may be shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful communication with tutors and other learners.
Abusive or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

AMEERA Education is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from:

Internet service disruption
Third-party software failure (Zoom, Thinkific, etc.)
Student’s own technical or time management issues

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia , and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law.

Refund Policy

At AMEERA Education Centre, we are committed to providing quality educational services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our refund policy below.

1. 1-on-1 Classes (Private Flexible Class)

Refunds are not available once a class package has started.
You may reschedule at the same day / postpone sessions to another date within the package validity period (1 month), with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. ELITE Membership (3-Month Course)

Fees for the ELITE Membership are non-refundable once login credentials are issued.
You may request course postponement or temporary freeze (maximum 1 month) if there are valid reasons (e.g., illness, exam clashes).

3. Online Seminars & Short Courses

Refunds are available only if:
- The seminar is canceled by AMEERA Education Centre
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues (e.g., access problems with e-learning platform or live classes platform), please contact us within 12 hours so we can assist.

Refunds will be considered only if access cannot be restored after our support efforts.

5. Refund Request Procedure

We aim to process all eligible refunds within 7–10 business days. To request a refund (if eligible), email us at ameeraeducationcentre@gmail.com with:

Delivery Policy

At AMEERA Education, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all students who purchase our study materials. Please review the following policy:

1. Delivery Method

All physical materials (e.g., books, kits) are delivered using trusted third-party courier services such as J&T Express, PosLaju, or Ninja Van, depending on the recipient’s location and delivery preferences.

2. Delivery Timeline

- West Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 working days
- East Malaysia: Estimated 5–10 working days
  - Tracking numbers will be provided once parcels are shipped.

3. Missing or Damaged Items

In the event that a parcel is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- AMEERA Education will take full responsibility to investigate the issue with the courier.
- If the item is confirmed missing or damaged, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

If the customer chooses not to wait for a replacement, a refund may be issued upon verification.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

5. Insurance

At this time, AMEERA Education does not offer separate insurance coverage for shipped items. However, all items are securely packed and shipped with tracking to minimize risk.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery time
